Where are you located?
We are based in Adelaide, South Australia; but are available worldwide. We love to travel, so if you live in another city or country, or are planning a destination wedding, we would be honoured to come along!
What camera gear do you use?
We use professional Canon photo and cinema equipment, as well as Canon and Sigma Art lenses.
All of our equipment is kept up to date and taken care of.
How long will it be until I receive my photos?
Our delivery timeframe is 8-12 weeks after your wedding day.
As self-proclaimed perfectionists, we strive on delivering our best work every single time, and in order to do so, we make sure that every photo is individually edited and looks its best when handed over.
Our aim is to create a catalogue of images that evoke a large palette of emotions and bring back memories of a story once told for years to come, while also maintaining their original elegance and beauty.
How long will it be until I receive my film?
Our delivery timeframe is roughly 12 weeks after your wedding day.
We are really passionate about creating a cinematic piece that tells your love story as purely and perfectly as we can, that is our highest priority. It is for this reason that we do not give an exact delivery time, as each story requires it's own timeframe. Our only promise on time is that we will never rush a story to meet a deadline at the expense of the quality.
Can I pick the song for my film?
Music plays such a key part in film making and so it's important to select the right pieces of music to tell your story. We're always open to suggestions, however, we can't promise that everything will make the cut.
Do you offer Custom Packages?
Yes, we do!
Based on our experience, we have carefully curated our packages to suit most couples, their day and their budget. However, we understand that these don't necessarily suit every couple. To find out more or request a custom package, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount on all packages every weekday. This discount is not applicable with any other offer.
For couples looking for both Photo and Film packages, we offer Bundle Packages which cover all photo and video needs at a lower cost than booking each package individually.
What is the Booking Process?
We know that planning a wedding can be stressful enough on its own without a complicated booking process, that's why we've tried to make it as simple as possible for you with the 3 step process.
Send us a message via our Contact Page. From here, we will get back to you, letting you know if we have your date available, along with sending through our Packages and Pricing Guide. If you decide you'd like to go ahead, we will send you our Booking Request Form to complete and return. This will allow us to create your booking agreement and give your final quote.
2. Booking Agreement + Deposit Payment
After completing and returning your Booking Request Form, we will send your Booking Agreement, which contains our Terms of Service and the final quote. Once you sign and return this, you’ll receive your invoice. This will contain the deposit payment along with the due dates for the remaining amounts, based on your preferred payment method (Full Payment / 4x Instalments). Once the deposit has been settled, your date is secure and your booking is complete!
3. Welcome Pack
At this point, you are all booked in! We will send you a digital Welcome Pack via email which contains some information to help you plan your day, along with explaining what happens between that point and the wedding.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are simple and flexible to make it easy for you. To complete your booking and secure your date, we require a $500 deposit for packages and a $1000 deposit for bundles. After the deposit has been paid, you will have the option to pay the remaining amount in full or in 4 manageable instalments. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding.
Can we meet with you before our wedding day?
We would love to meet you! We want nothing more than for you to feel as comfortable as possible on your special day, so we offer unlimited catch-ups to couples! This way, we will all be on the same page months in advance and we can discuss your day in intricate detail. It'll provide you with an opportunity to meet us too - meaning you'll have a friend by your side all day, working with you to capture every moment of your celebration.
Are there any hidden costs?
We pride ourselves on having no hidden costs! This, however, does not mean there are no additional costs if you'd like to add to your package inclusions.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Travel is free for weddings within the Adelaide Metropolitan Area. For weddings outside of this area, please contact us for a travel quote.
Travel fees will be determined and discussed with each couple based on location and travel times. We aim to be as fair as possible with each couple. which is why we don't charge a flat fee for travel.
When is my date secure?
Your date is secure after the your deposit has been paid and your Booking Agreement has been signed and returned.
Do you shoot film or digital?
Both! Our primary format is digital, however, we have been known to pull out a film camera from time to time.

I'm worried I'll be awkward...
If we had a dollar for every time we've heard this!
Ask any married couple and they'll tell you they felt this too, it's totally normal to feel completely out of your depth when it comes to being photographed. We absolutely love working with nervous couples, it makes the emotions real and raw and takes away the 'posey' feel to images. Many, if not all couples we've photographed have expressed this concern, and when it comes to their day they've felt completely comfortable and looking at the final images you would have no idea any nerves were involved. So if you do feel this way, it's very unlikely that you will still feel this way on the day. Many of these couples said that the meetups with us prior to the wedding were a great help in calming those nerves.
